If you are using Windwows Vista and are experiencing problems, do the following:
- Click the Start button (lower left corner; Windows "pearl")
- Type or paste in: C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash (where it says Start Search)
- Find the file: FlashUtil9x.exe (x may equal any letter)
- Right-click the file and select "run as administrator"
- Click continue if you get a User Access Control warning
- Flash will install
- Restart Internet Explorer and you will now be able to view Flash content on Jems.com and many other sites.
